Product: SJ Series of the New Model PVC Granule PP Pellet Venting Extruder Machine
Application and Feature:
Depends on the sophisticated manufacturing experience and technology, our company continuously pays attention to absorb and understand the latest advanced technology.
On the base of the customers’ wide advice, we have developed the series of venting extruder, and adopt the different structures of screw stems (separated type, mixing type, barrier type, distributary type, and some other assemble) as the special high venting extruder.
Meanwhile, the extruder also equips with the special water ring type vacuum pump to deal with the strong exhausting system.
Our products widely adapt to the manufacturing of various materials, such as ABS, PP, PE, PS, PMMA, PC, as well as the area of plastic sheet, color mixed modified pelleting, hollow grid plates, water-proof sheet etc.
The venting extruder could partly or wholly replace the time-consuming drying processing.
The bubble of the manufactured products is largely declined, and the quality has been highly improved.
