BZY-I Z Programming System is used for transport, turning, programming, horizontal parting and longitudinal parting of bricks from conveyer under the automatic control of PLC.
The design concept of automatic lifting rollover stand makes conversion of horizontal stacking and longitudinal stacking achievable, meeting the different stacking requirements for different bricks. It is featured by compact structure, high efficiency and low power consumption, as well as strong use stability and reliability and achievable accurate and coordinate movements as main parts are imported from Italy. It is provided with roller and belt transport mechanisms for reducing deformation of bricks and improving quality.

Before sale: Give some advices to customer on how to build a new-brand brick plant and choose the best and economic plant according to the local situation for recovering the investment within a short time; We are also responsible for the offer, flow chart, and detailed information of each machine.

In sale: We will send the technicians to coach brick making machines installation and debug machines. We also train the local operators till they can fully control them.

After sale: Regularly visit customers, solve all the problems with the machine and take advice from customers.
