1)       Unspecified commercial bolts are C Grade; bolts, nuts and washers according to <GBT700-88>, which heat treatment, fabrication and technical requirements are according to <GB5780-86>, <GB41-86> and <GB95-85>.

2)       High-strengthen bolts and accessories according to GB077-88.

1. Fabrication

1)       Crane columns and relative steel structures according to <GB50205-2001>, other steel structures should strictly according to Codes of Technique of Door-type Steel Support Structure for Light Houses <JG144-2002>.

2)       Weld design standard and inspection standard

Weld design according to <Construction Steel Structure Welding Technology Procedures> (JGJ81-2002).

3) Rust cleaning and rust prevention

Shot blasting after fabrication, derusting grade is Sa2.5

4) Installation

According to <GB50205-2001>, <JG144-2002>.

5) Acceptance

Strictly according to <GB50205-2001>, <JG144-2002>.
