Between T12 transfer station in Heerkou town and sub-feed storehousein Changgang town of Fengkai county, the belt conveyor system include four sections of C1, C2,C3 and C4 with 108km, C1 of 10.3km, C2 of 12.4km, C3 of 16.6km and C4 of 68.7km. Double row parallel belt conveyor system and continuous duty adopted, the rated conveying capacity for a single belt is 2500t/h (max.2800 t/h), 5000t/h for double belt (max.5600t/h). Frequency control drive used, total power of 14250×2KW, belt width of 1400mm, belt strength of ST2250 for C2, ST2850 for C3, ST3150 for C4, belt speed of 4.96m/s, total thickness of 18.5mm for C2, 19mm for C3 and C4, total weight of 21.4 tons/reel for C2, 26.1 tons/reel for C3 and 27.6 tons/reel for C4. 35°up groove profile roller and underneath “V” shape roller groups, roller diameter of 159mm, charging discharging end diameter of 1250mm, return barrel diameter of 630mm. For C2 belt conveyor, hoisting height of 7m, corridor height of 6m, with 1 charging end motor and 4 discharging end motors; For C3 belt conveyor, hoisting height of 18m, with 1 charging end motor and 5 discharging end motors; For C4 belt conveyor, hoisting height of 71m, corridor height of 6m, with 2 charging end motor and 6 discharging end motors.
