3,Square guide rail test

Test point: check square guide rail flatness, straightness; test size and pitch-row according to design; Put the square guide rail on marble, check whether it is curve, ensuring the error is < 0.1mm.

4, Synchronizing wheel test

Test point: check synchronizing wheel's flexisiblity, check whether it is the same step and uniform with bearing.

5,Laser tube holder, bearing holder, transmission band and strutting piece

Test point: mild, internal precision and durability

6,Test screw, plastic tube and other hardware

Test point: refer to standard if the parts can be tested precisely; if the parts can not be tested precisly, we will compare them with standard sample, compare every hardware's standard to ensure every parts has their own precise specification.

7,Whole machine adjustment and test

Before delivery, the machine will be adjusted and test by 3 departments, during which quality department will set parameter, adjust parts and then cut/engrave/mark sample materials.

Test point: cut precision is around ±0.1mm, will test straightness and size error.
