Powerful Feeding and Rotating System

A. Promote reducer drives adopt turbine and worm, which have a big pushpull effort and can realize selflocking. 

By adjusting the press of the reducing valve, the push-pull effort and lifting speed can adjust easily as your needs.

B. Slewing reducer drives adopt planet wheel, rotate speed is slow and torque is large. By adjusting the press 

of slewing reducer, the rotate speed and torque can adjust easily according to needs which guarantees the high-est efficiency of down-hole and hammer drilling.

Adjustable Boom

Adopting adjustable boom, the dip angle of hole and level hole height can be adjusted by controlling the oil tank 

stretch out and draw back.

Introductions:

 KC120 drill rig is a fully pneumatic drilling machine, powered by an air compressor which drives motor to comp-lete its intended action. It is driven by the pressure of 1.4 MPa, displacement of 21 m3 of screw air compressor. 

Adopting sophisticated design of KC140 highpressure openhole drill rig and the same primary parts, so its main 

function is consistent with KC140 reliable performance, convenient operation. Equipped with the medium pressure

 DTH hammer, made it easily drill holes of diameter 105-120 mm, depth of 30 m multi-azimuth of blast holes , pre-splitting holes and anchor bolt holes in horizontal, vertical and diagonal.
