1,The price stated above is on the basis of delivery to ningbo port,including the motor.

2,Time of Delivery: within 30 days after receipt of the equipment’s deposit.

3,Terms of Payment:30%of total amount should be paid in advance; the balance70%should be paid before the equipment leave the factory by T/T or L/C at sight.      

4,Other remarks: Within the time of warranties, the seller will send the engineer to guide to install the machine according to buy’s request, the buyer should prepare the materials needed and should be responsible for the engineer’s travel expense, accommodation abroad. the buyer shall pay the salary for the engineer, 50 dollars per day . And the seller will provide the Instruction Manual with Chinese and English Versions and the Foundation Drawings.

5,Quality Guarantee: The guarantee period for mainframe is one year (excluding the quick wear parts).

6,For warranty repair/ replacement, user should send defective items back then supplier re-supply the same to user whin assurance period for free(user in charge of freight fee) 

7,Package:Fumigation-free wooden cases package then put into sea container.

8,The period of validity for this quotation is one month.
