  A:We are the 100% manufactory specialized in auto alarm field. Founded in 2005, our main product are auto security systems, parking sensor systems, power window closers, keyless entry system GPS, HID conversion kits and other auto electronic products. 

2.Q:What's the MOQ for the order?

 A:As we highly appreciated for your trail order, quantity is not a problems if the remote you choose is well received and we have stock for the PCB. 

Normally for order, MOQ: 1000 PCS for each remote

3.Q:How can I know this model work for me?

   A: Please check the brand and model of you remote control or receiver firstly, if you have a model in hand, please take a clear picture of the PCB board, and pass it to us, we will help you find it and recommend the right items for you

4.Q: How long is the distance of the remote control?             

   A: Kindly please note, our remote control installed in car test in the open space, few signal interference.

The test distance is: 100-120 meters. 

Remote with antenna distance is: 250 meters.

5.Q:What can purchasers do if the products have problems?
 

  A:Our products all have one-year warranty. If they do have quality-related problems, (please note this not including if the batteries power off ),

any of our remote has quality problems, like short distance, doesn't work, please feel free to inform us, and we will try our best to make you pleased.
