Application:
1.Mo-la sheet means molybdenum and lanthanum alloy sheet. They are used for producing tungsten and molybdenum electrodes, heating elements, heat shields, sintering trays, sintering boats, stacking sheets, base plates, sputtering targets, crucibles in electronic and vacuum applications. In Mo-la sheet, La2O3 prevents dislocation motion of the molybdenum crystalline grain and slow the pace of recrystallization under high temperature. The usability and service life of the Mo-la sheet has been greatly enhanced.
2.Also widely used for producing reflecting screen and cover inside sapphire crystal growth furnace, reflecting screen, heating tape as well as connection inside vacuum furnace.

Production Process of Mo-la Sheet:
Our production processes are of high strictness. The whole production processes are: Molybdenum Billet  - Inspection - Hot Rolled - Leveling and Annealing - Alkaline Cleaning - Test - Temperature Tie - Vacuum Annealing - Inspection - Cold Rolling - Leveling - Shear Vacuum Annealing - Inspection – Packaging.

Package and Inspection:
We offer material composition sheet and examination report which include density, flaw detection, dimensions and so on. Our products are packed in plywood case with expanded plastic.Every piece of Mo-la sheet is separated from water proof paper.
