1.The overall density of sintered tungsten crucible is fairy high between 18g/cm³ to 18.3g/cm³;
2.Its chemical purity of sintered tungsten crucible can be above 99.95%;
3.The diameter of sintered tungsten crucible can be above 200mm;
4.The surface roughness of tooled crucibles does not exceed Rz 6.3;
5.The use temperature of sintered tungsten crucible should be below 2450ºC in vacuum or deoxidize atmosphere.
6.The shapes and dimensions of crucibles are also made in accordance with customers' requirements.

Every tungsten crucible is under strict nondestructive test and density detection. We offer material composition sheet and examination report of the sintered tungsten crucible. We also pack the crucibles in shock and moisture-proof plywood case independently.

Notice:
1.Before use, it is recommended that the consumer anneal (de-gas) crucibles in a vacuum without batch charging;
2.In a furnace, the annealment process should be supported with a vacuum .
3.When preparing a sintered tungsten crucible for work, the consumer should not allow a sharp rise or fall in temperature, or abbreviate the recommended time periods for holding temperatures.
