1) What's the MOQ?

Answer: It is the minimum order qunantity. For our first cooperation, your small order is acceptable. 

2) What is your quality warranty?     

Answer: Normally for two years warranty. If it is our quality problem, we will replace the new one or provide revelant spares and parts.

3) Should we use our logo/brand? 

Answer: Yes, of course. OEM is absolutely supported; both on package or devices.

5) How can I get a sample? What’s the sample fee? How long will it take?

Answer: Please confirm with us the model you’ll purchase, and you prepaid the sample fee , after sample tested and qualified, we will refund this sample fee when you place the bulk order. We can send out the sample ASAP.

6) What’s the lead-time for orders?

Answer: Normally it takes 2-7 working days after receiving payment.For mass production, the lead time is 2 weeks after receiving the deposit payment. 

7) Do you hold quantities in stock ready to ship?

Answer: Yes, we usually hold some quantities in stock, such as 100pcs or 200pcs are ready to ship immediately.

Answer: We have 100% QC before shipment. If there are some unexpected problems, we will solve these problems with our customers through friendly ways as below:

A, If it’s quality problem, customers must provide photos or videos and other evidences to us for identify. After confirmation, we’ll send the new products to replace the damages in next order.
