Product Description
Could blow all kinds of shapes, different volumes of beverage bottle, candy-jars, edible oil bottle, sauces bottle, detergent bottle, cosmetic bottle, medicine bottle, health products and other shapes of containers using PET as material.
1. Use of hydro-pneumatic linkage mold clamping mechanism which runs stably with high speed and great clamping force.
2. The control system adopts man-machine interface with Mitsubishi PLC which is easily operated with high sensitivity and accuracy.
3. Use of coated infrared heating which helps fast and stable heating.
4. Use of centralized noise-reducing air recycling system which helps fast release of exhausted air with little noise.
5. Use of slide core in stepping unit which is easy to operate and saves energy.
