According to new design conception of PET and Glass bottle juice filling technology requirement, BEIERDE Co, LTD designed and launched the lasted PET and Glass Bottle Juice filling machine, which can provide a complete and high efficient PET and Glass Juice filling processing solution.

(1) Juice filling machine is a specific design which combination of three mechanical part in terms of washing, filling and capping.

(2) This type Juice filling machine is applicable for PET and Glass bottles. The caps diameter is adapted from 26mm to 32mm. the maximum capacity is 20,000 Bottles per hour.

(3) This Model Juice filling machine consists of air conveyor, base conveyor, bottle evaluator and air compressor system.

(4) The concept design considers four factors with regard to ease of operation, ease of cleaning, low cost and good economical.
