When the heater tilted more than 45degree, it will automatically stop working. When stands up correctly, it will work again. This can prevent heating up the carpet or floor for better safety.

Reply:Our factory has 8000 sq.m workshop which is equipped by modern facilities. We have 2 assembly line, 1 spare parts assembly line & 1 grill mesh production branch. Also we have 2 testing rooms for normal testing & lifespan testing.

Reply:Annual production capacity is over 8000,000 pcs of heaters range and 2000,000 pcs fan range.

5.Is there quality insurance for the product?

Reply:Most of our products have CE certification. And all our products are 100% tested before packing for functional test, technical test & safety test. Also there will be spot testing during production & after production.
