Automatic high speed vacuum forming machine
Introduction:
1. Feeding part:Feed way is pneumatic feeding,double feeding shaft alternately feeding, the operation is simple and safety. The length of the feeding is controlled by photoelectric switch.
2. Heating part:Heating box is all packed by stone soil cotton,using the radiation ceramic tile,heating box can move back and forth, convenient maintance. the temperature is controlled by intelligent temperature controller,heating area can reach 1100*2400mm.
3. Forming part:Forming method using the most advanced vacuum, pressure air,mould pressing integrated molding. The vacuum pump is imported from Germany, capacity reach 50L. The upper and under die of hydraulic station is separate control.The table route of mould pressing is controlled by photoelectric switch. The production efficiency can reach 3-8s/die.
Maximum forming area: 1000*1100mm.
4. Blanking part: Hydraulic automatic control, maximum pressure reach 35 tons,the workbench is controlled by photoelectric switch. Blanking area: 1000*1100mm.
5. Stacking collection system: Stacking part is automatically controlled by PLC,the stacking number set arbitrarily,automatic stacking. Collecting part is double belt transmission,pneumatic control.
6. Scrap rolling-up: Control way is peotoelectric switch control.
