Pasta and Ravioli Makers

Our multipurpose group mod. UNIVERSAL 85 SUPER kneads, layers and cuts the sheet of pasta into various shapes as noodles, angel's hair, pappardelle, tagliolini, tagliatelle, lasagne, square spaghetti, etc. and produces already cut double sheet ravioli stuffed with meat, cheese and vegetables into various shapes as square, round, half-moon, triangle, fish, mushroom, etc.

This machine can mix till 13 kg the of dough (flour, eggs and water) each time, it produces a sheet of pasta cm 28 width with the thickness adjustable from 0 to 4 mm.

Each hour this model can produce till 30 kg of long pasta or 50 kg of ravioli.
