1.Cladding is 0.9mm thickness galvanized plate.

2.Heating system:Use a burner to heat the medium.

3.To protect tank from accidents, tank rear far end projection is more than 100 mm

 in front of the rear bumper of the chassis. Fender: Steel material.

4.Electrical:Complete 24V installation. 7pole plug placed at front in accordance to ISO,

 norms NO.1185.

5.6mm Q235A carbon steel tank.Tank Water Volume are of 30000L including 5% 

Vapor Volume for semi – trailer Test pressure designed:72kpa. 

6.Tank has two 3" ball-type discharge valve and 3" male coupling, manual operation,

 lies to rear of the tanker. There will be stainless steel outside of the tank.

7.Equipped with BPW 13 tons axle, JOST A400 double action landing leg, 

domestic relay valve, stand lander, tool box at the front of the tank, 

a detachable ladder is provided.

8.A walkway is installed on top of the tank made of antiskid plate.

9.The tank covered with insulation, which is made of 2-ply 50mm thickness fiberglass.
