Wood pellet packing machine:

The packing machine can pack the wood pellets, animal feed pellets, organic fertilizer pellets, also can pack the many kinds of powders.

The packing machine is semi-automatic machine, it can sew the bags,also can adjust the kilogram per bag from 15kg to 50kg.

The power of the machine is very low, the capacity is very high, it is used in the animal feed plant or biomass-energy pellet plant.

Pellet packing machine is integrated by packing machine and sealer . the integrated type is very flexible , mainly according to different bags materials , for example nylon, linen or cloth ect.

If bags materials are mainly plastic , then the pellet packing machine sealer should be changed into heat healing not sewing type. Heat sealing machine

Regarding the heat sealer, introduction as below :

this serious adopting electrical eternal control system and Variable speed drive system, closing bags automatically by heat sensor. The length of seal is no limited and can be finished one time. When closing, it can print production time on the bags automatically. Writing is clear and changing letters process is convenient. It can be used in single and complex membrane or plastic bags. Now it is widely sued in food , feed, wood, chemical industry.

Echnical information

Pellet packing machine can measure weight and pack bags automatically , there is weight sensor and adjustor on packing machine , when adjust weight into one stable number for example 20kg/bag, bags will fall down automatically when reaches 20kg and along heat sealing machine conveyor into sealing parts. But when bags fall down to bottom conveyor, needs one person to hand it to make sure it will not oblique and pour out pellets.
