Brief introduction:

1.  XGL series machine is our patent designed for finishing coffee capsule/cup forming, filling and sealing process.

2.  The machine can do the process of forming cups, feed the plastic filter layer on the bottom of cup, filling coffee powder (or other tea powder, milk powder, cocoa powder) into cups, feed the plastic filter layer on top of cup, remove redundant coffee, hot sealing, punching(cutting) lid film by full automatically. 

3.  Machine control by PLC and adopt servo motor driving system, all the electrical parts adopts famous brand, such as Snider, Mitsubishi, Omron etc.

Working process:

1.  Auto cup forming part from PP sheet by rolls

2.  Auto feed inner plastic filter layer into cup bottom

3.  Auto compaction function for the inner filter layer, make it more tight with bottom of cups

4.  Auto filling coffee powder as precise weight 3g, 5g, 10g etc( machine adopt our special design feeder, Accuracy: +0.5%)

5.  Auto feed the plastic filter cover the coffee powder

6.  Auto compaction function for the filter layer and powder, make it more tight

7.  Auto dust clear function, use to clean the powder out of cups

8.  Hot sealing with aluminum foil in rolls

9.  Auto cup punching function (die cutting cups)

10. Auto waste packing material recovery

Reliability

1. Specialized Machine Processing , Mould on each station are run on a datum plane, automatic drop cup, filling, welding, counterpoint and other processes are in the same horizontal plane can ensure each station simultaneously, so that the device steady operation.

2. Nitrogen treatment system is mainly divided into two categories system, closed nitrogen treatment systems. When the cup fall into the mold automatically, it is closed workspace, for nitrogen flush positive pressure to the cup filled with nitrogen gas, discharge the air inside the cup. The enclosed work area will be filled with nitrogen, maintain the pressure on the state to ensure throughout period of time are in a nitrogen environment from the filling part to the sealing part, for sure products have a longer life and more stable.

3. Pneumatic assurance: using fixed-point production pneumatic cylinders and designer pneumatic pieces.

4. Electrical system guarantees: use famous brand electrical components.
