Hammer Crusher working principle:
Groups hammer through the power transfer turned, after a certain speed is reached, the feeding material repeatedly broken large into small .As the function of blower, the crushed material through the hole outside of the screen.It is called a hammer mill. (Note: this grinder is not a fine grinding);

In terms of layout, mill needs suction system discharge ( cyclone and fan). The centrifugal force of the rotor production is not sufficient to properly discharge.

Versatile hammer mill for raw materials:
1. feeding inlet facing up, suitable for crushing small size material, such as wood chipper cut out of wood, hay cutter or rotary cutter cut out of straw/stalk ;
Dimensions : 3cm-5cm long, width 3cm-5cm ,thickness does not exceed 2cm;
2. feeding inlet on one side, suitable for relatively large size items, such as small branches, splint, thin veneer, all kinds of crop straw, waste paper, waste paper cartons;
Length is not restricted, width not exceeding inlet width, diameter or thickness does not exceed 2cm
Note: the feed size larger, production would be reduced
