Our Grand Wooden Loft Ladder is constructed from Larch wood which is far stronger than pine or spruce which is what most loft ladders are constructed from. Being manufactured from Larch means that the wood will last longer, feel stronger and has a superior finish free from knots.
Everything you need is supplied - Ladder is delivered fully assembled and includes insulated hatch door, operating pole, architrave and in its own frame ready for installation.
A massive 260kg weight rating enabling the ladder to be used more frequently and to get the heaviest of items into and out of your loft.
Wooden handrail included for free - Be Aware other Loft Ladders do not include this vital safety aspect for FREE or at all!
140mm deep treads - compared to the standard 80mm - makes climbing so much easier- feels just like using normal stairs.
380mm wide treads giving you that rock solid and comfortable feel whilst climbing up and down the ladder.
A metal strut for support is bolted to the underside of the step - meaning the treads will last a lifetime.
Fully insulated door with 35mm thick sandwich construction and rubber lined seals ensure minimal heat is lost through the hatch door.
Comes supplied with an operating pole - with the counter balanced springs this makes opening and closing the hatch a breeze.
The Ladder itself is spring loaded too - making folding the ladder up and down unbelievably easy.
Supplied with a tough, wipe clean, finish to both sides of the door meaning no decoration required.
Pre-cut and painted (brilliant white) architrave pieces to cover up the joint and rough plaster between your frame and the ceiling to give it an excellent finish.
Enclosed catch system which looks much better than ugly protruding hook on other models and also strong enough to be used regularly.
2 rubber feet supplied free of charge which provide essential grip and will not mark your floor or carpet.
