Brief introduction:

We can make pellet making line from 500kg/h to 12t/h which is included crusher, dryer, pellet 

maker , cooling , packing and other auxiliary equipments. The whole line is compact structure, 

small occupation, low consumption and high efficiency.

The raw material :

Any type of wood, straw waste, forestry wastes, lumber leftover, sawdust, wood chips, wood 

bark and all type of agriculture stuff, such as bamboo dust, sugarcane, coffe husk , paddy 

straws, sunflower/cotton/corn stalks and so on.

The finished pellets diameter can be 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm according to client’s need .

The main process of the line includes: 

(1)wood crusher( crush the big wood into small pieces like sawdust)

(2)dryer ( dry the raw material to proper moisture before making pellets)

(3)Pellet making( press raw material into pellets)

(4)Cooler( cool down pellets and remove some moisture)

(5)sieve(remove dust, and broken pellets)

(6)Package (pack pellets into bags of required weight)

The above is standard pellet making line process, some processes are alternative and 

adjustable according to different raw material and requirement of clients. 

1. Crush system :

According to different raw material, we matched proper crush machine for you.

2.Drying system : 

If you want to make good pellets, the raw material moisture content is around 14-20%, 

The rollr dryer can dry sawdust, and other wood materials from 60% to 14% .

 3. Pelleting system :

The pellet machine /wood pellet machine is most important equipment of the line, it can make

biomass, sawdust pellet from corn straw,green waste,bamboo powder,grazing,straw,rice hull,

all kinds of wood and so on .

4. Cooling system 

After the pelletizing process, the temperature of the wood pellet is about 60-80 degree, 

and the moisture content of the wood pellet is about 15%, so we need use Cooler to reduce 

about 3-4% moisture, so the wood pellet is easy to store.

6. Control system 

The control cystem can control the whole line work automatically.
