About free sample

We're glad to give you free samples to test, and we thank you for your good faith in doing business with us. We can guarantee sample quality is identical with mass produced product. But there are several important points to make: First, in terms of sample quantity, we can give you several free sample to check quality, this quantity is not too much, as you know, if these samples are not working for your project, too many samples serves as waste to no vail; Second, we provide free sample to customers only to see if these samples are good for your application, so quality and suitability for the application matter, we see no point to give identical samples to meet this need in terms of color and/ or hardness, as these two factors is the easiest factors to handle, we can custom-make it when we prepare material; Third, to show our good faith in working together, we supply free samples, we believe it's reasonable for us to ask buyer him-/her-self to bear transportation cost. Business is based on fairness, regardless of how huge your potential order is, if buyer doesn't agree on this, we have to doubt his or her faith in working together.
