Product Description

Application:
    This crusher applies to all ultra-hard＆mendium-hard materials with water content no more than 20%(such as secondary＆fine crushing and shaping of metallic and non-metallic ores).It does not apply to the crushing of materials with large viscocity,sediment content and high temperature,etc.

Operating principle:
    Through high-speed rotation of open-type rotor in the crusher,the rock materials that enter the rotor are tossed out in a high speed and crash against the rock materials that overflow from and slide down the surrouding of feed hopper,realizing the purpose of rock crushing and shaping.

Chracteristics:
    The crushing is achieved by rock materials crashing against each other,which reduces abrasion.The changing of factors like rotor diameter,rotation speed and crushing cavity shape,etc,can not only improve crushing efficiency but also effectively control grinding and crushing granularity,so that the required granularity can be realized.Itfeatures advantages like reliability,high effciency,energy conservation,etc.
