Product Description
OMS flute type punching machine is used for punching holes on the tube walls and flaring in the hole. The result is that the tube looks like a flute. It is mainly applied in the air conditioning industry.
The machine is comprised of a machine frame, a feeding axis, the punching and flaring device, the clamping device, a roary device, a hydraulic system, an electrical system, etc.
This machine is sturdy and accurate. The hydraulic system adopts a special design so the noise is reduced by50% compared with the traditional machine.
The detection system is complete, with original point detection and position limit alarm function.
Its auto counting function enables accurate calculating of processed tubes.
