A. ZLYJ series speed reducer is a transmission part that possesses high precision hard gear surface and thrust  block designed for plastic screw extruder. 

B. The design of product adapts all kinds of norm specified in ZBJ19009-88/it features that gear and axis parts are made of high strength alloy steel.                                       

C. The gear is processes by carburization, quenching and tooth grinding process. 

D. The precision of gear is grade 6 specified in GB1009588.

E. The hardness of gear surface is HRC54~62. At front end of hollow input axis there is large specification thrust bearing that will bear axial thrust force while the screw is working.

F. The complete machine features compact, high in bearing capacity, stable in transmission, low noise, high efficiency, etc.

GEARBOX DESCRIPTION

 According to design principle of unit modular structure, many kinds of components are decresed to a large extent while designing a gearbox. Its internal spiral bevel gear and helical gear are all made of high strength low carbon alloy steel and treated with carburizing and quenching with teeth surface hardness up to 60+-2HRC, and the precision of gear can reach international standard class 5-6. The driving bearings all selected well-known brand bearings and imported bearings, and framwork oil seal are choosen for sealing elements. Gear box with sound-absorbing box structure, large surface area and a large fan box, which make the machine 's temperature & noise reduction, improve reliability of operation, transmission power increases. Moreover, gearbox output shaft can realize parallel & rectangular output, available with solid, hollow shaft and flange coupling output shaft,  the input mode contains rectangular & parallel output, solid shaft & hollow shaft, flange coupling output, which can meet the assembly requirement in narrow & small space, hereby we welcome customized orders or requirement from all customers.

They have 3 to 26 types specifications, gear reducer series have grade 1 to 4, the ratio is 1.25 to 450, and greater ratio could be reached by combining with R series, K series or S series gearbox.

There are several common methods of lubrication, which is gear oil lubrication, semi-fluid grease lubrication and solid lubricant lubrication. As for the gearbox with good sealing, high transmission speed, large capacity and excellent sealing perforance can use gear oil lubrication, and for the gearbox with bad sealing and low transmission speed can use semi-fluid grease lubrication, and the molybdenum disulfide superfine powder lubrication will be used in oil prohibition occasion & high-temperature environment.
