The driving bearings all selected well-known brand bearings and imported bearings, and framwork oil seal are choosen for sealing elements. Gear box with sound-absorbing box structure, large surface area and a large fan box, which make the machine 's temperature & noise reduction, improve reliability of operation, transmission power increases. There are several common methods of lubrication, which is gear oil lubrication, semi-fluid grease lubrication and solid lubricant lubrication. As for the gearbox with good sealing, high transmission speed, large capacity and excellent sealing perforance can use gear oil lubrication, and for the gearbox with bad sealing and low transmission speed can use semi-fluid grease lubrication, and the molybdenum disulfide superfine powder lubrication will be used in oil prohibition occasion & high-temperature environment.

1. Product Characteristics

A. Normally oil sump lubrication is used, with cooling naturally. If thermal power can not be achieved, circular oil lubrication or fan may be used, and cooled with cooling coil pipe;

B. Preferential design is applied in main parameter such as center distance and nominal drive ratio, which guarantee good interconnection between key parts and components;
C. All gears are made of quality alloy steel and treated with carburizing and quenching with tooth surface hardness up to 54-62HRC;

The cone/cylinder gear reducer is a kind of outer mesh gear assembly with vertical input shaft and output shaft. The product employs the high-quality alloy steel for main driving parts, with gears carbureted, quenched and ground, to meet the precision Class 6. The product is featured with high bearing capacity, long service life, compact structure, high efficiency, light weight etc.
This reducer is an updated product in reference to JB/T9002-1999. It is used in replace with SS vertical shaft reducer, old ZQ and ZL reducers and other equivalent imported reducers.

DY series cylindrical gearbox is vertical shaft hard tooth surface gearbox. DY series vertical shaft cylindrical gearbox is manufactured according to machinery industry standards (JB/T9002-1999) and used as driving device. DY series cylindrical gearbox has vertical arrangement of input and output shaft, and includes 3 series of DBY, DCY and DFY.
