Disigned and manufactured on the basis of modular combined system, the gear units have abundant combinations of motor, mounting positions and structure projects, the classifying class of tran smission tatio is detailed, which meets the requirements of different working situation and realize mechatronics.

T series gear units utilize the design principle of unit structure module, which reduces the categories and stocks of parts, and shortens the dlivery period. 

A. Chassis: using high rigidity FC - 25 iron casting;
B. Gear: adopt high quality high grade synthetic diamond 50CrMnT piece.modified processing, steel by carburizing quench treatment and grinding and become;
C. Spindle: adopt high quality high purity steel alloy 40Cr piece.modified processing, have high heavy load capacity.
D. Bearing a heavy load capacity, equipped with the roll cone bearing;
E. Oil seal: imported double lip seal with high dustproof prevent leakage ability.
