GLORYSTAR 2012 Mobile Phone Keyboard Laser Marking Machine is using the German 808nm diode-pumped fiber-coupled solid-state laser, electro-optical conversion efficiency up to 60% ,the Temoo mode beam quality is suitable for processing high-precision products such as translucent buttons. Excellent beam quality,creates high precision marking results. By using original German SCANLAB scanning head,the marking speed is 4 times than the ordinary lamp-pumped YAG laser marking machine, reducing the cost meanwhile. It is completely air-cooled with no consumption parts, energy saving,and low cost. The total power is only 800W compared with lamp pumped YAG laser marking machine, it can save electricity up to 3 times. Designed by one-whole-in-one,it is easy-maintained and compacted, saving you valuable plant space. Environment-free marking without polution or fading meets the RoHS standards.

Software Feature

It supports a variety of format BMP, JPG, DXF, PLT, AI etc.and automatically generates all the serial number, production date, one-dimensional (1D)codes, two-dimensional (2D)code,supportting the flight marking, the rotation marking. Besides,XY platform supports large-scale automatic segmentation of marking.
