The gearboxes can be supplied as motor gearbox units assembled on baseplates for convenience. Electromagnetic brakes, back stops, clutches, couplings and other mechanical devices can be incorporated in the design to give a complete drive unit.

- Modular design enable standardization of many basic components, interchangeability improved and quality guaranteed;

- Heavily loaded housing parts are made out of spheroidal graphite cast iron, all other parts are out of grey cast iron to improve the rigidity and shock resistance. Other materials on request

- Reduced costs and weight due to high power density and finely graduated sizes, effective cooling system if need

- Different structures and flexible mounting positions capability

- Compact structure, small volume to save mounting space;

- Sun and planet gears have spur gear teeth are case-hardened and ground. Annulus gears are mostly quenched and tempered and shaped or ground, depending on size. Bevel gears are case-hardened and, depending on size, lapped, HPG-cut or ground. The gears and gear shafts of the primary gear stages have helical teeth and are case hardened and ground. Other materials on request

- High efficiency up to 98%per stage, low noise and temperature, and high precision grade up to 6 or better of ISO1328;

- Gears are all grinded and internal gear ring through nitriding process, gearbox housing through aging treatment then annealing to relieve stress twice, therefore the bearing capacity very high;

- Best China bearings used, may use other bearings like SKF, NSK and FAG, and double-lip oil seal make sure no oil leak;

- Every gearbox 100 percent tested prior to delivery;
