Product Description
A. Preferential design is applied in main parameter such as center distance and nominal drive ratio, which guarantee good interconnection between key parts and components.
B. All gears are made of quality alloy steel and treated with carburizing and quenching with tooth surface hardness up to 54-62HRC.
C. Small size, light weight. High precision, large carry capacity, high efficiency, long service life, high reliability, stable driving, and low noise.
D. Normally oil sump lubrication is used, with cooling naturally. If thermal power can not be achieved, circular oil lubrication or fan may be used, and cooled with cooling coil pipe.
ZY series cylindrical gearbox is parallel shaft hard tooth surface gearbox. ZY series parallel shaft cylindrical gearbox is manufactured according to machinery industry standards (JB/T8853-2001). The ZY series are optimized to reach advanced level in national. It includes 4 series of ZDY(1 stage), ZLY(2-stage), ZSY(3-stage), ZFY(4-stage).
ZSY Gear Speed Reducer has a good sealability and can adapt to different working environments. Furthermore, it can even work continuously in an erosive and humid environment with anti-erosion and long time reservation abilities. Key components of this speed reducer apply high-wearing materials and special heat treating. ZSY gear speed reducer are widely used in the fields of metallurgy, mines, hoisting, transportation, cement, architecture, chemical, textile, printing and dyeing, pharmaceutical and so on for their high precision, stable transmission, small volume, high bearing capacity and long life-span.
