Double Deck Vibrating Screen

It is widely used in pre-cleaning and second cleaning section of wheat flour production plant to clean the big / small / light / heavy impurities like stone and grass seed according to the different fineness with wheat seed.

Based on differences of fineness,specific gravity, and surface roughness between wheat seed and impurities, this machine allows wheat seed go through the sieve mesh to achieve the separation from impurities. Also vertical air absorbing pipe can be employed in this section to get rid of the light impurities and dust more efficiently.
