Our graphic material is 600D Oxford Fabric:water proof,fire proof,anti-UV

our fabric is fire-resistant fabric,it's hard to burn up,while non-fire-resistant fabric is burning with frame and heavy smoke. it could be washed more than 1.000 times

As is known,printing tachnology of Japan is the best and getting highest resolution,we own the advanced printing equipment MIMAKI from st of it is 7.2 times as the normal printing machine.

Our Technique

Heat Transfer Printing,it's originally from technology of high-end sport suit.It firstly print the image onto the transfer paper,and then transfer it onto the fabric by rolle rwith high temperature(230℃ at least),getting brilliant & natural color.Color reproduction is more than 95%,available for any polyester fabric.it could be washed more than 1.000 times.Cost of our technique is 1.8 times as others,fact show that Digital printing can not meet customers' high-quality demand.

heat transfer printing for full color:superior transit,heat transfer printing with more layering,superior transit forgradient colors & more than 95% restored compared with original artwork file.can print 2mm fonts very clear.Pure black 100% matched with artwork,very high resolution image.
