1.The FGJ-Z rotating disc filling machine adopts programmable logic controller (PLC) human machine interface (HMI)technology, equipped with the imported photoelectric track switch from Korea .

2. This machine is suitable for filling ointment products in the industries such as ointment ,oil products, syrup, flavoring paste, fruit juice and etc.

3.The filling nozzle will be automatically inserted into the bottle to carry out the filling and then rapidly ascend ,which can reduce the bubbles.

4.The product integrates electric and pneumatic functions into one ,with reasonable deigned ,stable performance, accurate quantity, glass table surface, automatic bottle feeding speed and filling volume and convenient disassembly and cleaning.

5.Material contact parts are made of 304 or 316L stainless steel material, meet the GMP 

certification requirements. According to user needs in models adjusted within the range filling

 volume and filling speed, filling accuracy. 

6.Filling head adopts anti-leakage and anti-pull devices. It is mainly power as gas source, no additional power supply, customers must 

bring their own air compressor equipment.
