SIEHE Horizontal Double Ribbon Mixer

SIEHE Horizontal Double Ribbon Mixer is a late-model mixing equipment with high efficiency, high uniformity, high loading 

coefficient but low energy cost, low pollution and low crush. The special design of double ribbon mix the materials into high 

uniformity in a few minutes. On the other hand, ribbon mixer shows a wide application from powder mixing , powder-liquid, 

to paste or materials in high specific gravity (such as putty, really stone paint, metal powder and other materials) and 

becomes one of the most popular single shaft horizontal mixing equipment.

[Materials]: Powders, paste and particles with fluidity whose specific gravity is up to 5g/cm³, liquid content is up to 70%, such 

 as medical intermediate, flavoring, pesticide, reactive dyes, putty, anticrack sludge, really stone paint and etc material.

Wider Application, Less Crush

The special design of double ribbon is suitable not only for powder mixing but also powder-liquid, paste mixing or the 

materials with high viscosity or specific gravity(such as putty, really stone paint, metal powder and etc material). The designed

radial speed of ribbon ranges from 1.8-2.2m/s, therefore, this is a flexibility mixing which have a low material destructiveness.

Higher Stability, Longer Service Life

All the main components of the equipment are international famous products with good quality. Reducer takes use of K series 

Spiral cone gear reducer with high output torque, low noise, long service life and small oil leakage. Discharging valve are 

designed with the same radian with cylinder to ensure no discharging dead zone. In addition, the special design of valve. 

Higher Loading Rate, Better Sealing

The angle of mixing cylinder are designed according to materials characteristics ranges from 180º-300º and the largest loading

 is 70%. Different sealing method are in option. As for ultrafine powder, pneumatic + packing seal are used as it improves 

 sealing service time and effects to large extent. On the other hand, in terms of materials with good fluidity, mechanical seal is

 the optimized choice which can meet the requirement of different operation condition.  

Full Specification

Products can be customized in different specifications, such as mixer with spray, vacuum system, cover support, heating 

system, ex-proof, break ribbon and etc in SS304 or ss316. Lining of cylinder can be polyurethane or spraying wear-resistant 

material. In terms of valves, plum blossom valve, butterfly valve, flap valve, ball valve and etc. are in option.
