QDY700 hydralic tyre cutter

 QDY700 used tyre Cutter is to cut waste tyre(600-1400mm) into 3-4sections.

Structure:It consists of motor,hydranlic system,cylinder,rotating platform,fixed blade,rotating blade,body frame and control cabinet etc.

Principle:hydraulic system and oil cylinder are drived by motor,then put the tire/tyre between the two blades,make it fixed ,then the blades will be driven by the movements of cylinder,which makes the two blades forming a scissor,which cut the tire into several bars.

process beads and sidewalls within 30seonds,steel and rubber from both bead and ring can be separated in strong extruding power formed by two rotating rollers.
