2/ Can I customized my logo and package for the product? 

       Logo imprinted and customized package is available for all the product. We accepts OEM and           ODM service of any kind.

3/ What payment terms do you accept?

     Paypal is the perfect term for sample and TT for bulk order. 

4/ What's the product lead time and delivery time?

   The sample lead time is 7 working days while the bulk order is around 30 days depending 

       on the QTY. It will takes about 5-8 days for the shipping for samples. About 22-25 days by sea

       and 7-10 days by air for carton products.

5/ How do you deal with the defect products? What's your return policy?

   We focus on best after sales service. If there is any defect products and is confirmed by us. You can send the product back to us.  When you send your items to us, pls ensure that the cost of return postage and redelivery fee is paid as it is not covered in the product fee.
