♦Coalescing filter element

  Coalescing filter is made of a variety of composite materials by the special craft processing and become, with hydrophilic properties, it can not only filter medium mechanical impurities, but also through the demulsification, coalescence, the emulsification state of water separated from the medium, and became larger droplets, facilitate further realize the purification of the medium filter.

♦The principle

    Oil, water and other liquid droplets, were captured by the coalescer internal superfine fibre, the airflow formed with micron grade fiber winding channels, forcing the solid particles and liquid droplets spread in the inertia collision, interception and intercept directly under the action of three kinds of filtering mechanism, is captured by the superfine fiber, liquid surface tension causes the small droplets into larger droplets, due to gravity, large droplet settling to the bottom of the container.

    Glass fiber coalescing filter using high density gradient glass fiber manufacturing, in order to reduce damage loss design into the overall single tube structure, filter the hydrophobic and oleophobic surface treatment, can satisfy all kinds of precision grade requirements.

    Polyester fiber coalescing filter filter material usually use polyester synthetic material, has good compatibility with various fluid. Filter structure of multilayer spiral coiling, each layer with different properties of the fiber, through the control of each layer of fiber parameters such as shape, size, thickness and density to achieve the desired filtering precision.
