Ceramic Recrystallized Silicon Carbide (RSIC) Tube/Pipe is mixed with high pure SIC coarse powder and SIC fine powder, after slip casting, vacuum sintered under 2450°C,recrystallised the high technology SIC material. Distillating to the highest purity material (SIC ≥99.5%) and none middle combined phase.RSIC has the excellent high-temperature mechanical and Resistance against shocks property, the ing temperature to be about 1700°C.
