Product Description
Style A windowing rack & pinion is used for the greenhosue ventilation system. It featured with high precision, low noise, high intensity, particular technics and heat treatment with longlife. Both straight and arc gear rack available.
The Installation of the Racks and Pinion System:
After the installation of the main structures and window poles, the installationofthe rack and pinion system can be started.
1. In accordance with the design and dimensions, first fix the Shaft Support at a proper position on the main structure or the window poles, usually, each window pole should have one Shaft Support. Note: all the Shaft Supports are fixed on the same level horizontally.
2. On one of the poles or structure at the middle position of the windows, Fix the Motor Mounting Bracket and the Motor with a U shape bolt. Note: the motor output shaft center must be on the same level of the Shaft Support hole, so that the motor draft will beon the same level with the window shaft.
3. Put the Drive Shaft from both sides of the motor output shaft one by one, and at the same time, fix on the Style A or B Pinion onto the shaft. Usually, the length between 2 pinions is 2000mm. Two shafts are connected by 1″Shaft Adapter or by Self Drilling Screws. The motor output shaft and drive shaft are connected by 1″Shaft Joint with the chains.
