I have a custom kettlebell design and am looking for a manufacturer to produce it in two versions: metal casting version (cast iron or steel) and plastic molded version (to be filled with sand). Design files are available in STL and STEP format. Approximate weight is 20 kg. Specifications include custom shape with own branding/logo, smooth finish, and color customization. Please indicate MOQ for each version. Provide unit prices for both versions, including mold cost if applicable. Estimate production time for samples and mass production. What are the sizes of the plastic balls you currently have in production?  Are they made of PVC? We are prototyping a product and would not be attempting to enter the market until feasibility studies have been made, based on cost estimates.  We would need PVC balls of six different colors of a size 30mm in diameter.  If a first order should be made, it would be for a minimum quantity.
