Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Sakkas Dimitris. We are looking for a complete production line for wood pellets from pine, fir and elm trees. The production line capacity should be around 3,5 tones/hour and the line should be up and running for 8000h/year. The production line should consist of: -Wood chipper 12 t/h -Wood chips cleaner 12t/h (separation from dust, mud etc) -Furnace (15MW thermal power) using solid state fuels ie. wood chips, charcoal etc. -Dryer with chip conveyor (input) and all the components required for air transportation of dried chipps to pellet mills (output) -Wood chip mill 3,5t/h -Pellet mills (ring die) for 3,5t/h (including peripherals, compression 25mm) -Pellet Cooling system -2x Packing system for 15 (plastic bags) and 40kg (cotton bags) This production plant should include all electrical connections, automation systems and all the peripherals like cyclones, filters, conveyors, furnace fuel feed supply system and ash removal system.
