1. Core Components:  
- SC/APC optical interface  
- Wi-Fi 6 (2×2 or 4×4 dual-band) with WPA3 & EasyMesh support (6E optional)  
- 3× Gigabit LAN + 1× XPON uplink  

2. Technical Requirements:  
- Specify SoC (Qualcomm/MediaTek preferred) with RAM/NAND configuration  
- 12V DC input (USB-C PD optional)  
- TR-069/TR-369 compliant firmware with English UI and API/SDK access  

3. Compliance & Support:  
- CE/FCC/ROHS certifications required  
- Heatsink recommendations and antenna connectors (u.FL/MHF4)  
- Provide engineering files for enclosure adaptation  

4. Commercial Terms:  
- Initial MOQ: 1,000 units  
- Standard warranty/RMA terms required
