Please provide commercial offer and technical proposal according to the following specifications: Insert Type: Double - edged carbide inserts for indexable drill applications; Geometry: Precisely ground, stable geometry with secure locking features, round stick can be welded and has no cutting properties; Substrate Material: Ultra - micro grain tungsten carbide, approx. 13% cobalt content, grain size in the range of (0.2–0.5  0.8 μm) or better; Coating: TiAlN or superior multilayer coating, must provide excellent wear resistance and thermal stability; Tolerances: High - precision grinding to ISO standards or better; OEM Branding: Laser marking with size. Estimated Demand: Total number of insert types: approx. 30 different sizes of one geometry as in pictures, annual volume: around 5 – 7,000 pieces per year with expected growth, typical order quantity: 5 times a year, 1000 pcs per order, typical amount per size: 100 pcs (30 – 150), minimum acceptable order quantity per size: 30 pcs.
