We require CKD/SKD kits for computer platform assembly to fulfill localization requirements in the Russian Federation. Our partner will handle local assembly, compliance testing, and industrial registry filing with the Ministry of Industry and Trade.  

Suppliers must provide complete engineering packages including:  
- BOM with MPN/AVL specifications  
- Manufacturing files (Gerber/ODB++, XY/CPL, STEP models)  
- Thermal and reflow process documentation  
- Firmware flashing procedures and FCT/ICT test plans  

Full firmware branding rights and technical documentation for EAEU certification are required. This partnership requires stable CKD/SKD supply capabilities with potential for exclusive B2G distribution in Russia upon achieving agreed production volumes.
