Looking for a supplier to manufacture components for a custom mechanical wristwatch project based on STP (3D CAD) files. Parts needed include watch case (compatible with NH72A movement), bracelet (without clasp), screws for case and bracelet. Material is 316L stainless steel with a mix of brushed and polished surface finishing. Additional needs (optional) are custom crown with logo engraving, matching sapphire crystal and gaskets, assistance with water resistance testing, and help with dial design and hands/indexes manufacturing based on photo references. Start with a sample/prototype (1 pc) and then full production of approx. 50 pcs. Requirements are high precision and good finishing quality.
