RFQ Information
We require continuous supply of 100% polyester textured sewing thread in Tex 18 (1/150) and Tex 24 (1/200) specifications.
Cones must meet precise dimensions: 7.5-8.0 cm height with 1 cm bottom space to prevent tangling during sewing operations.
All shipments should contain 36 cones per carton.
Thread must maintain nominal twist of 85 turns per meter, with minimum tolerance of 80 turns per meter.
