RFQ Information
We require design and supply of steam boiler systems for LPG processing with the following specifications:
1. Storage Bullets: 50 m3 mounded design, ASME VIII Div.1 compliant, 17-20 barg pressure rating, dual PRVs with changeover system, complete with level monitoring and safety features.
2. Vaporizers: Water-bath type with 400 kg/h capacity base configuration or 200 kg/h modular setup, including safety relief systems and temperature controls.
3. Full compliance with ASME B31.3 piping standards and NFPA 58 safety requirements for entire system integration.
All components must include proper pressure regulation stages from 6-8 barg down to 0.1-0.3 bar burner supply.
