We are seeking blister packaging solutions to replace our current packaging system. The new packaging should accommodate small components like cutters and thread inserts, with a priority on safe-opening features (clamshell or slide blister options preferred).  

Key requirements include:  
- Ability to maintain product quality through high-standard packaging  
- Compatibility with cardboard backing materials  
- Innovative solutions beyond standard blister packs are welcome  

Packaging prototypes or existing solutions demonstrating safety features and structural integrity would be particularly valuable for evaluation.
