I am looking for new testing machine of cure and Mooney viscosity properties for rubber compound. Both testing machines, it have to follow JIS and ASTM standard. 1. Mooney viscometer : ASTM D1646-07 and JIS K6300-1 2. Cure tester : ASTM D5289 – 12 and JIS K6300-2                In case the case of Cure testing machine, We focus on the efficiency of temperature controlling during the test. We tested the performance by using metal piece with three temperature indicators which were recorded the temperature in the cure tester as shown in the pictures. We focus on the response time of the tester. (response time means the time of start of the test  to target temperature) The response time that shown in the graph (setting temperature is 170oC) is around 5 minutes.                Please give us the information below. 1. the cure and Mooney tester that you made can follow the standards  ASTM and JIS, or not? Please declare.     ASTM D1646-07 and JIS K6300-1 (Mooney)  and  ASTM D5289 – 12 and JIS K6300-2 (cure) 2. Please give the response time report for your testing machine of both cure and Mooney tester.
